⚡ Short version: We store only what's needed to run the service. We never read your tasks. We never sell your data. You own everything.

1. Who we are

Delegator is a product by Sikken.ai, based in Dubai, UAE. We build AI-powered business tools. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@sikken.ai.

2. What data we collect

When you use Delegator, we collect:

Account information — your business name, your name, and your WhatsApp number when you sign up
Team member information — names, roles, and contact details you add for your team
Task data — the tasks you delegate, who they are assigned to, and their completion status
Usage data — number of tasks delegated, dates, and activity counts

We do not collect payment card information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the Delegator service:

To send task notifications to your team members via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email
To display tasks and their status inside the app
To manage your account and subscription
To provide customer support when you contact us

We never use your data for advertising. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Data isolation and privacy

Each business on Delegator has a completely isolated workspace. This means:

Your tasks, team members, and business data are invisible to other businesses on the platform
Sikken.ai staff can see account-level information (business name, signup date, usage counts) for support purposes only
Sikken.ai staff cannot see the content of your tasks or team conversations
Your team conversations happen directly on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email — Delegator never has access to those conversations

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, hosted in the cloud with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

We implement Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level to enforce workspace isolation — this means the database itself enforces privacy rules, not just application code.

6. Third-party services

Delegator uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
Twilio — WhatsApp message delivery
Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI task analysis and step generation
OpenAI (Whisper) — voice-to-text transcription
Vercel — application hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their function.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete all your workspace data within 30 days upon request.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about your business
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Export your data in a readable format

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Delegator after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on Delegator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of Delegator, including managers and team members.

2. Description of service

Delegator is an AI-powered task delegation and tracking tool provided by Sikken.ai. The service allows managers to delegate tasks to team members via voice or text, with automatic notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email.

3. Trial period

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with the following limitations:

Maximum 5 tasks during the trial period
Maximum 1 team member during the trial period
WhatsApp notifications only during the trial period

At the end of the trial period, the account will be locked until upgraded to a paid plan. No data is deleted during this time.

4. Paid plans

After the trial period, continued use of Delegator requires a paid subscription. Pricing is communicated directly by Sikken.ai and may vary based on team size and features required.

Payments are processed securely. Sikken.ai does not store payment card information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Delegator only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Use the service to send spam, harassment, or illegal content
Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
Use the service in a way that could harm Sikken.ai or other users

6. Data ownership

You own all data you create in Delegator — your tasks, team information, and business data. Sikken.ai does not claim ownership of your content.

By using the service, you grant Sikken.ai a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Delegator available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will try to notify users in advance.

Sikken.ai is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

Sikken.ai provides Delegator "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of Delegator shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of significant changes. Continued use of Delegator after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
