Delegator is an AI-powered task delegation tool that helps managers assign, track, and manage tasks for their team members. The service includes AI-assisted task creation, team management, real-time tracking, and analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Delegator offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
All prices are displayed in USD. Local currency equivalents shown in the app are for reference only and may vary. Prices may change with 30 days written notice. Current pricing is always available at delegator.sikken.ai. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are subject to Apple's payment and refund terms.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of your payment date to receive a complete refund. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.
Certain features such as Team Insights are available as optional paid add-ons billed separately on a monthly basis. Add-ons can be cancelled independently of your main subscription at any time.
Delegator uses artificial intelligence to generate task instructions, assignments, and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all delegated tasks before they are sent to team members. Sikken.ai is not liable for any consequences arising from unreviewed AI-generated content.
You retain full ownership of all data you create in Delegator including tasks, workspace content, and team information. By using Delegator, you grant Sikken.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the service to you.
Delegator, its name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Sikken.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission from Sikken.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
Delegator is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Sikken.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sikken.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. In no event shall Sikken.ai's total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Delegator after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
